BIOGRAPHY
Sifu Rama - Roberto Lamberti, Italian. Has devoted his life to the learning and teachings of ancient holistic techniques and ontological skills, to realize our most essential self through Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan, inquiry of being and meditation, for peace of mind, vitality and integral health.
He has efficiently adapted his teachings to the needs and aspirations of the complex modern world.
He had the privilege of being trained since very young by great masters of meditation and Self Inquiry and later in Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chun by Sifu Wong Kiew Kit, 4th generation successor of the Southern Shaolin Temple and Grand Master of Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Kung fu. Sifu Rama spent with his masters several years of his life since 1977 in Europe, USA, India and Malaysia.
Fifteen years of experience in the world of business allows him to understand the leaders mind set.
Connecting with the essence of each human being, he facilitates processes of transformation, through these millenary practices and alive wisdom. For more than two decades, he has accompanied business and government leaders from various countries, including YPOers and CALI Fellows (Central America Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Institute), among others. He shared his teachings with different institutions of research and education.
Sifu Rama is the president of La Montaña Azul, a retreat center for students integral development and self realization, which founded in 2004 in Costa Rica and which receives people from all over.
Part of his teachings are reflected in the book Fuerza Serena, Voces y Silencios de Sifu Rama (Serene Force, Voices and Silences of Sifu Rama) by Adelaida Nieto.

I’ve known Sifu Rama (Roberto Lamberti) for over 19 years and have the privilege to call him my friend. In his professional capacity, I’ve had the unique opportunity to experience his teachings first hand in Montaña Azul, Costa Rica. As a part of YPO, Sifu has also been invited to events in the YPO Costa Rica chapter, as well as in YPO Euro Latam chapter (Chapters where I am a member).
